Attending our MBA program highlighted the significance of this issue. As we immersed ourselves in thesis research on the Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and DEI on brand image, we saw firsthand how often companies fell short on DEI, and sustainability. This wasn’t just a theoretical problem—it was a critical gap affecting brand credibility and customer trust. Through our coursework and our thesis, it became clear that these efforts were frequently sidelined or approached superficially, leaving immense potential untapped. Motivated by our findings and a shared passion for driving authentic change, we decided to take action.
We asked ourselves one powerful question: How can companies better connect with their audience through diversity?
From that question, at MERGE was born with a clear mission: to create effective sustainable marketing that matters. We set out to help businesses not only achieve measurable growth but also become active participants in shaping positive societal change.
